Ownership

FundTerrain and its original selection, arrangement, software code, interface, graphics, written content, documentation, scoring presentation, matching workflows, application tools, and branding are owned by teamupwithkrystal or used under license. They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, contract, and other intellectual property laws.

FundTerrain does not claim ownership of government records, third party materials, open source components, or content supplied by users. Those materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

Limited permission to use FundTerrain

FundTerrain gives each authorized user a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for that user's own lawful business funding research and preparation. No ownership right is transferred to a user.

Prohibited copying and commercial use

Unless teamupwithkrystal gives prior written permission, users and visitors may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, scrape at scale, remove ownership notices, bypass access controls, or commercially exploit FundTerrain or its original materials. Users may not reverse engineer the service to the extent such a restriction is permitted by law, use FundTerrain materials to build a competing or substantially similar product, or present FundTerrain materials as their own.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access and the pursuit of available legal remedies. Nothing in these terms restricts a right that applicable law does not allow the owner to restrict.

Brand notice

FundTerrain™, Sage Funding Guide™, Live Sage AI™, and their associated names, visual identity, and logos identify services offered by teamupwithkrystal. They may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, ownership, endorsement, or affiliation. The ™ symbol is a claim of brand rights and is not a claim of federal registration.

User content

Users retain their rights in the business information, documents, and original writing they submit. A user gives FundTerrain the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the requested features. Users must have the right to submit the content they provide.

No funding guarantee

FundTerrain does not guarantee that search results are complete or error free, that a user or business is legally eligible for an opportunity, that an application will be accepted, or that any grant, award, contract, loan, benefit, or other funding will be received. Official funding notices, attached application instructions, and the funding provider's rules control.

Search and eligibility screening

FundTerrain may use structured information supplied by third party sources such as Grants.gov to reduce obvious mismatches and rank opportunities by profile fit. Some eligibility rules exist only in narrative text, attachments, agency guidance, or later amendments. Users must review the official Notice of Funding Opportunity and application instructions before applying.

AI assisted preparation

Sage and other drafting features can organize saved business facts, identify questions, and create starting language. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. Relevant prompts and FundTerrain workspace context may be sent to the configured AI service to produce a response. Users should not place Social Security numbers, bank credentials, military records, medical information, or unnecessary identity documents in AI prompts.

Documents and account security

Document Vault files are stored with account specific access controls, but no online system can promise absolute security or permanent availability. Upload only files required for a legitimate business funding purpose, keep original copies, use a strong unique password, and promptly remove files that are no longer needed. FundTerrain is not a substitute for a regulated records management or archival system.

Other funding paths

Loans, community capital, competitions, accelerators, investment programs, and external resources are shown for comparison and are not grants unless clearly labeled as such. A listing is not an endorsement, approval, offer of credit, or financial recommendation. Users must evaluate repayment, fees, equity, eligibility, privacy terms, and provider legitimacy directly with the source.

Dates, reminders, and source changes

Funding notices can be amended, extended, canceled, corrected, or replaced by the provider. FundTerrain displays source data available at the time of a search. Calendar files, browser notifications, and in app countdowns are convenience tools and may fail or become outdated. Users are responsible for verifying the current deadline, status, award amount, required documents, and submission instructions on the official source before relying on them.

Payments and refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are nonrefundable once digital access, grant search usage, AI usage, coaching, consulting, or other services have been provided or consumed. Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current billing period.

Professional services and user responsibility

Coaching and consulting are advisory services. Outcomes depend on the user's circumstances, actions, third party decisions, and funding conditions. No specific financial result is promised. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into FundTerrain and for independently confirming eligibility, registrations, certifications, deadlines, matching requirements, required attachments, budget allowability, and submission requirements.
