FundTerrain is owned and operated by teamupwithkrystal. This policy explains the information FundTerrain may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to you when you use the site, create an account, build a business profile, search for funding, use paid features, or contact us.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use FundTerrain, we may collect account details such as your name and email address; business profile information you enter; funding goals, eligibility details, saved opportunities, application workflow information, budget items, and documents you choose to upload; purchase and subscription status; support or service-request messages; and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize FundTerrain, save your workspace, screen and organize funding opportunities, operate search and AI-assisted features, process subscriptions, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, respond to requests, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. FundTerrain does not need to store your full payment-card number. Stripe may collect and process payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.

Cloud storage and authentication

FundTerrain uses Supabase for services such as authentication, database storage, and secure file storage. Information you save to your cloud workspace may be processed through those systems so the service can function across devices.

Local device storage

FundTerrain may use browser storage, caching, and service-worker technology to keep the app working smoothly, preserve non-sensitive workspace state, support installation as a web app, and improve reliability. You can clear browser or site data through your browser settings, although doing so may remove locally stored information.

AI-assisted features

If you use an AI-assisted FundTerrain feature, the text and relevant workspace context needed to answer your request may be sent to the configured AI service. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information into AI prompts unless a specific secure workflow expressly requires it.

When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate FundTerrain, such as hosting, authentication, storage, payment, email, analytics, security, or AI providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse or fraud, or as part of a business transfer. FundTerrain does not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.

Funding-source links

FundTerrain links to government agencies, lenders, grant platforms, nonprofits, and other third-party sites. Once you leave FundTerrain, the privacy practices of that site apply. Review the official source before submitting sensitive information.

Data retention and deletion

Information may be retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. You may request account or stored-data deletion through the support or contact method made available within FundTerrain. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or legitimate financial and security obligations.

Your choices

You can choose what optional business information to provide, update information in your workspace, cancel recurring subscriptions through the available billing controls, clear local browser data, and request access to or deletion of personal information where applicable.

Children

FundTerrain is intended for business owners and adult users. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect account credentials and avoid uploading information that is not necessary for the funding workflow.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as FundTerrain changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
